Phosphates
This year has brought us high levels of phosphates in our pool water.  Levels of 1500 ppb have been found in rain water.  The use of insecticides and fertilizers have also added to the problem.  Owners don't understand the problem but just are upset over the added chemical charges.  We are able to remove them sucessfully, but are trying maintain a low level is causing us problems.  We will keep you informed on our actions.
